Meet Dr. Beaty

I'm Matthew Beaty.

After getting hurt while pitching my freshman year of college, I decided to hang up my spikes and dig into what causes sports injuries.

After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, I furthered my education by completing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Following my doctoral program, I completed a residency program in orthopedics from Kaiser Permanente. Since then, I have gone on to become a board certified clinical specialist in both Orthopedics and Sports and a certified strength and conditioning specialist.

I've spent more than a decade treating athletes, taking courses and putting together a program to help baseball players reach their potential.

I've treated hundreds of athletes in the clinic and on the field for injuries that could have been prevented.

The same exercises I've given to hundreds of competitive athletes to decrease risk of injury and boost performance are included in the SportSafe training program.

It is designed with a lot of attention to detail, but also streamlined to be as simple is possible.
